Managing Messages in Bulk
User can manage their messages from the Message Center including marking as read, unread or deleting messages in bulk. Click the radio button on the left the message(s) you want to manage You can then use the buttons at the top of the message center (just beneath the “+Create Message” button to do one of the following:
Mark All as Read: Click this button to mark all selected messages as read.
Mark All as Unread: Click this button to mark all selected messages as unread.
Delete: Click this button to delete all selected messages.

Reading Messages
