Sorting Messages

At the top of the message center are sorting filters you can use to help you manage and sort your messages. These filters are:
From: Click this dropdown to filter messages by sender. Click a sender to see only messages sent by that individual. 
Note: Senders are listed by REAL NAME and not by Identity. 
Message Type: Click this dropdown to switch between seeing teacher feedback and all other messages.

Read/Unread: Click on this dropdown to filter messages by status. 
Note: Unread messages have a thicker “tab” on the left that is also color coded. See the “Message Center (Overview)” section for more information.
