Students & The Training Stream
Student permissions are a little different when one of their teachers is in professional development. If all of a student’s teachers are enrolled in professional development, that student will only have access to the Training Stream and will not be able to post in or share to the Main Stream. If a student has a teacher who is in professional development, but also is enrolled in a community with a teacher who is not in professional development, that student will have full privileges in both the Main Stream and the Training Stream, depending on which community they are participating in.
While a new teacher is in professional development, all posts shared from that teacher’s class communities automatically go to the Training Stream rather than the Main Stream. This includes all items shared by students from communities owned by the teacher in professional development.
